Our fees are based on what is considered Usual and Customary for our service area. For more information as to what your out of pocket costs will be please call. We accept most insurance plans, managed medicaid plans, (HCUSA, Misssouri Care, and Molina Care for all ages), MO Healthnet for children 3-21 years of age, and most Employee Assistance Programs. We do offer a reduced fee schedule for people without health plan coverage. Additionally we frequently offer free services, provided by interns.
We accept insurance assignment, cash, personal checks, credit and debit cards, (Credit and Debit Cards accepted in Jefferson City and Fulton locations only).
