Central Missouri Counseling, Inc was originally known as Central Missouri Counseling Center.  CMCC was founded on June 1st, 1996.  Incorporated as Central Missouri Counseling in 2000, we now maintain clinical offices in Jefferson City and Rolla MO.  In 2003, Central Missouri Counseling, in affiliation with Dr. Thomas J Spencer, Michael J Luley and Nina Epperson formed a second practice, Associated Behavioral Consultants.  Although the two practices are now entirely separate and independent from each other, we continue to enjoy a close affiliation with Associated Behavioral Consultants.  This affiliation provides us with the opportunity to utilize ABC's offices in Fulton and Rolla, as well as a shared on-call system to provide our patients and clients with 24\7 emergency access.
