At Central Missouri Counseling, we provide caring, compassionate and confidential behavioral health counseling and personal growth coaching. Staffed by State of Missouri Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Psychologists, we provide family, individual, and group counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults. Conjoint therapy, marital counseling, casemanagement services and personal growth coaching are readily available.
Fees are based upon usual and customary rates, with discounted services available, upon a case by case basis, for individuals whom are low income or uninsured, as we passionately believe that all people have the right to caring and competent healthcare services. We accept all major insurance plans, including MERCY and First Health, BCBS, Bluechoice, UHC, GHP, American Community, AETNA, CIGNA, TRICARE and others to numerous to mention. MC+ is accepted for children 3-20 years of age. Healthcare USA, Molina Care, and Missouri Care Health Plan.

The goal we strive to achieve is to provide the most caring, compassionate, affordable and quality counseling services to be found anywhere, at any time. We have dedicated our lives to this goal and it will continue to be our guiding philosophy.
We believe that all people should have access to quality behavioral health care regardless of ability to pay. To support this belief, we do offer discounted services, on a case by case basis, to people who are without insurance, or don't qualify for some other type of assistance.
Central Missouri Counseling is 100% privately funded, without state or county tax support, nor do we, due to our open and honest admission of being for profit, receive any funding from charities such as United Way, local governmental bodies, or even the community action agencies. You won't find our offices located in the big and fancy, sprawling office buildings that the largest CMHC's own, as we prefer to apply our limited resources to providing services to as many people as possible.

OUR HISTORY
Central Missouri Counseling was founded June 1st 1996, as Central Missouri Counseling Center. Working from a small office in Jefferson City, we soon grew to the point that we needed to open satellite offices in Fulton and Rolla. Both of which opened in 1998, and due to the overwhelming demand for our services, we incorporated in March of 1999 as Central MO Counseling, Inc, dba Central Missouri Counseling, under which name we continue to provide the most affordable and highest quality behavioral health services available from anyone, anywhere, any time.
PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED
Central Missouri Counseling is a privately held Missouri Corporation, duly registered with the offfice of the Missouri Secretary of State, and the United States Internal Revenue Service.
Although we are openly a "FOR PROFIT Corporation", we still believe in our guiding philosophy of making quality and caring behavioral healthcare services accessible to all.
